Mild mustard oil for daily cooking
Yellow mustard gives a softer, rounder flavour than black, and cold pressing keeps the cost down without touching a refinery. No bleaching, no deodorising, no chemical solvents — just seed and pressure at low temperature.
Wood pressed or cold pressed — which one?
- Wood pressed (kachi ghani): slowest and most traditional, strongest aroma, premium price.
- Cold pressed: low-temperature expeller, unrefined, better yield, better price for daily use.
How to use it
Daily sabzi, dal tadka, parathas, marinades, pickling. Mild enough that it will not overpower delicate vegetables.
What you will notice
- Golden colour, gentle pungency
- Natural sediment is normal and harmless
- The 5 L can is the best value in the whole range
Storage
Cool, dark, tightly capped, dry spoon only. Best used within 6 months of opening.
