How to use it
Add to hot oil in tadka, curries, dals, chutneys, pickles, marinades and street-food style dishes. Use about ½ tsp for a family-size dish and increase to taste.
Storage
Keep the box tightly closed, or transfer to an airtight jar. Store in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight. Always use a dry spoon. Best before date is printed on the pack.
